Hydroscrew have supplied a MESC-UM 700 Mixer Conditioner to a local bio-power station used to control dust emissions when loading open trucks with their fly ash/bottom ash waste.
The unit is equipped with two parallel counter rotating intersecting paddle shafts, each of 700mm diameter, it has liquid injection and can handle up to 80 cubic metres of ash per hour!
The machine is the largest in a range of 5 machines of the type which start at 200mm diameter, and has now solved the issue of airborne dust particles, so no more health worries from local residents, workers and the Environment Agency!
